Prospective Authors are asked to submit full papers to the review process. A full paper should consist of a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 6 pages, including sources, graphics and figures, prepared using the standard IEEE two-column conference template (https://www.ieee.org/conferences/publishing/templates.html).

All manuscript submissions will be peer-reviewed and evaluated based on originality, research content, relevance to the conference, and readability.

The Epapers submission system will open in February.
