Please note:
* All member rates are valid for current IEEE Members. You will be required to include your membership number during registration.

** Students are required to provide proof of their current enrolment at a university or other tertiary institution. The documents should be uploaded while completing the registration form. Students presenting an accepted paper in the Conference program are required to have at least one author pay for a Full Student Registration.

A student is defined as:

– PhD/Doctoral student

Please note:

payments should clearly state the participant’s name(s)
all bank transfers should state clearly in the reference: RadarConf25 and participant’s name/surname
the invoices for registration will be issued and sent by Mazurkas Congress Management (Congress Secretariat)
please notify us via e-mail if you need a proforma invoice to make prepayment
all bank transfer amounts should include bank charges. Any banking fees accrued from the transfer are the responsibility of the participant.



Confirmation of registration

E-mail confirmation will be sent upon submitting your registration and it will include your Registration ID number.
All communication will be sent by e-mail.
Your registration is considered confirmed after the full payment is received only.
The date the full payment is received will be considered the date of registration.
All fees include 23% VAT

(*) Students are required to provide evidence of their status. The documents should be uploaded while completing the registration form.

Cancellation policy

Requests for registration cancellation must be addressed in writing to the RadarConf’25 Secretariat, and sent by e-mail to info@radarconf2025.org

Cancellations received before 6th July 2025: full refund less 50 USD administration costs
Cancellations received from 7th July until 15 August 2025: 50% refund
Cancellations received on or after 16th August 2025: no refund
Please note that refunds will be processed within 30 days upon receipt of the cancellation letter.
Reimbursements will not be granted for late arrivals, unused services, unattended events or early departure from the conference
