Call for Special Sessions Proposal

Important Information and Guidelines

To submit a proposal, complete the below form and submit it as a ‘Special Sessions Proposal’ via the this page before Monday, 6 January 2025, 23:59 CET. Prior to submissions, make sure you have invited and received confirmation from your speakers.

Notification of acceptance is within 3 weeks, and if accepted, your speakers will be required to submit a paper by the conference deadline – Monday, 6 April 2025, 23:59 CET.

All papers will undergo the review process. For papers not accepted, speakers will still have the option of submitting their work as a regular paper.

As part of the proposal, please abide by the following guidelines:

No more than ONE paper per organiser
Speakers must be available to attend the conference in person and understand that a conference registration for each presenter is required to remain in the program
maximum 5 papers per session
Must include contributors from various organisations/affiliations
One paper timeslot may be converted to a panel discussion (optional)
Special sessions with contributors from multiple nations are preferred
A two-part session proposal will be considered separately
