Call for Tutorial Proposal

To submit a proposal, complete the below form and submit it as a ‘Tutorial Proposal’ via the this page before Monday, 6 January 2025, 23:59 CET.

Prior to submissions, make sure you have invited and received confirmation from any co-presenters.

Tutorial presenters, if accepted, will be required to register for the Conference to ensure their tutorial remains in the program.

As part of the proposal, please abide by the following guidelines.
Tutorial presenters are required to submit:

a syllabus outlining the tutorial topic
the intended audience
learning outcomes
suggested prerequisites
schedule for a four-hour lesson (including a 20 minute break)
and list of pervious venues where the proposed tutorial has been presented, along with an estimate of attendance numbers
